Rules are there to improve the overall atmosphere on the server. Rules are there to be followed and applied. This means that you have to read the rules before you start playing, as you will only get 1 warning before a GM will punish you when you break a rule. GMs are not there to play police agent, they’re here in their free time, to help you and the server in order to make it a better and more successful server/experience for everyone. Therefore we want to say that every GM will respect you, when you show some respect towards him/her. This does not mean that you have to agree every action taken by a GM, but that you will solve problems on a mature level, as this will be way more effective than just start complaining without thinking. GMs will always help you out when they can, and when they can’t, they will try to find a solution to help you anyway!
Respect the rules and you’ll have nothing to fear.


IP Bans (Banned for life):

• 1. Don't hack, exploit or bug-abuse in-game please.
• 2. Don't impersonate a GM (Game Master) or an Administrator. It confuses players and eventually causes problems. Not even if it’s meant to be a joke.
• 3. Do not advertise for any site/servers other than Muppets on Speed.

Account Ban:

• 1. Excessive use of Abusive Language.
• 2. Defrauding or Misleading a GM.
• 3. Harassing the Server Staff.
• 4. Do not attack GMs. If a GM asks you to stop attacking, you have to stop. The GM can be helping out players or is busy with fixing bugs. The last thing they then need is people attacking them.
• 5. Scamming other players.
• 6. Inappropriate character naming.
• 7. Racism.

Server kicks:

• 1. Typing whole sentences in Caps. Caps are annoying, no one likes them. So we neither.
• 2. Don't make threats or hurtful comments towards other players, we want all players to feel happy while playing on our server.
• 3. Don't beg players/GM's for gold, items, levels, etc. It is annoying and other players worked hard to make their own gold, so why not do the same thing, instead of begging for it?
• 4. For in-game problems, please submit a Ticket. You can do this by clicking on the RED question mark in your menu bar. After you submitted your Ticket, please wait till a GM comes to you. Do not ask GMs in public channels to help you with your Ticket. When a GM has time, he’ll see the Ticket and he’ll come to you.
• 5. English is the only language allowed on the World Channel. Any other languages will result in a warn/kick/mute.

Gear and Talent Points exchange:

• Donation gear is not under any exchange policy. Do not ask Game Master or Administrators of Muppets on Speed to change your gear. Please make your selection carefully, select the proper class and then make a ticket for gear.
• Talent points are not subject to exchange for another character. Yes, if you reset your latent points, we shall restore it on the same exact character.
